Every week the Carers Support and Information worker holds carers surgeries across Monmouthshire.  This gives you as a carer the opportunity to talk about anything that concerns you about your caring role.  It is not a counselling service, but is a chance to discuss how your caring role is impacting on your life and to explore options that may be available to you. 

An information stand is also available at the surgeries with a wide range of information from social services and other organisations that offer support to carers.

You can either chat  at the stand or book an appointment to talk privately if you would prefer.  All information is treated with confidentiality.
