You can submit an electronic application on the Internet to Monmouthshire County Council using the Planning Portal, where you are able to:

- Learn about the planning system.

A fee is required for the majority of planning applications. Please remember that the council cannot deal with your application until the correct fee is paid. The Fees Guide shows the the latest charges for each application type. This fee will not be refunded if your application is withdrawn or refused.
