Please read and complete the form very carefully. You will need to return the form to the above address.
This form should not be used in respect of admission at the commencement of the academic year for transfer into Reception year, between Infant and Junior Schools or from Primary School into Secondary School. We will acknowledge your application within five working days and endevour to process your application within eight working days. However, at certain times of the year, e.g. the commencement of a new academic year or start of term, we may take a little longer with your form.

MOVING HOUSE?

If you are moving into the area and seeking a transfer between schools, more information is required by us to process your application.

Because some important aspects of our admissions and tranport policies are dependant on the exact location of your home address, we require verification of your new home address.

Before your application can be considered you need to send us one of the following in support of your application:

  • Written advice of exchange of contracts date from the solicitor handling your property purchase

  • Written confirmation of a rental agreement for your new home

  • A utility bill / banking correspondence confirming your residence at the new address at the time of application
